GIVING FAQs

Can I set up recurring donations?

Yes. You can easily set up recurring giving through our online giving partner, Pushpay.

Will my contributions be reflected in my annual giving statement?

Yes. All contributions to Journey Church, whether given online or in-person during a Sunday service are reflected in your annual giving statement.

Can I update the frequency or amount of my donation?

Yes. You can adjust your recurring giving in your Pushpay profile.

What if I need help?

We would be glad to help you with any questions about online giving or your contributions to Journey Church. Please contact our executive pastor, Ryan Weldon for help with your giving.

Can I use a credit or debit card?

Yes. You are able to use credit or debit cards for your online giving or with the Journey Apps. We encourage responsible use of credit cards, including paying off the balance monthly.

Can I only make a one-time payment?

Yes. One-time online payments are welcome.

Do I pay additional fees to give online?

Absolutely not. Even though we pay transaction fees, you will not be charged additional fees for using online giving to Journey Church. You do have the option to cover the transaction fee if you choose, but it's not required.
